L.E.T. Refresher Workshop
Learning is a journey, not a one-time event.
While a Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) workshop can spark powerful breakthroughs, it’s common for skills and concepts to fade over time if they’re not regularly practiced. That’s why refresher workshops are so valuable. They give graduates the opportunity to revisit the core L.E.T. tools they first learned, strengthen their understanding, and apply them with renewed confidence.
In these sessions, participants review essential skills while also exploring the stages of learning—why mastering new communication techniques takes consistent effort. Through role plays, video demonstrations, guided coaching, and plenty of practice, graduates walk away re-energized and more motivated to integrate L.E.T. skills into their daily lives. Plus, they gain access to a mobile site created exclusively for L.E.T. alumni.
